Compliance Monitoring Officer

Hippo Motor Group are recruiting for a Compliance Monitoring Officer to join our compliance team at our Blackburn Showroom. Compliance Monitoring Officer at Hippo Motor Group will play a pivotal role in ensuring the quality and compliance of our services and operations within the motor finance industry. This position will focus on monitoring, evaluating, and improving the overall quality of our processes and customer interactions.

  • Conduct regular quality assessments on various aspects of our services, including customer interactions, documentation, and compliance with industry regulations, with support from our Conversation Intelligence & Compliance Monitoring software, Voyc.
  • Identify areas for process improvement and develop action plans to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of our operations.
  • Ensure that all processes and operations are in full compliance with industry regulations, internal policies, and best practices.
  • Analyse data to identify trends, areas of improvement, and opportunities for enhancing customer satisfaction.
  • Collaborate with relevant teams to develop and implement training programs for employees to maintain and improve service quality.
  • Prepare and present quality assurance reports to management, highlighting key performance indicators and areas for improvement.
  • Collect and analyse customer feedback and use it to make recommendations for improvements in service quality.
  • Conduct regular audits to ensure adherence to compliance and quality standards.
  • Previous experience in a quality assurance role, preferably in the automotive or finance Service sector.
  • Strong understanding of motor finance regulations and compliance standards.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining high-quality standards.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in data analysis and reporting tools, including systems for Conversation Intelligence & Compliance Monitoring software.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Quality assurance certification or training is a plus.
