Hippo Motor Group are recruiting for a Quality Assurance Executive to join our compliance team at our Blackburn Showroom. The Quality Assurance Executive at Hippo Motor Group will play a pivotal role in ensuring the quality and compliance of our services and operations within the motor finance industry. This position will focus on monitoring, evaluating, and improving the overall quality of our processes and customer interactions.

Conduct regular quality assessments on various aspects of our services, including customer interactions, documentation, and compliance with industry regulations, with support from our Conversation Intelligence & Compliance Monitoring software, Voyc.
Identify areas for process improvement and develop action plans to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of our operations.
Ensure that all processes and operations are in full compliance with industry regulations, internal policies, and best practices.
Analyse results to identify trends, areas of improvement, and opportunities for enhancing customer satisfaction.
Collaborate with relevant teams to support development and assist implementation of training programs for employees to maintain and improve service quality.

Previous experience in a quality assurance role would be beneficial but not mandatory
Attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining high-quality standards.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
