Hippo Motor Group are looking for an enthusiastic and hardworking vehicle prep manager to oversee all operations within Vehicle Preparation at our Peterborough site. This will include efficient workflow through all aspects of Vehicle Prep from initial inspection right through to final handover to our customers. A good previous background of working in a vehicle prep environment will be key to your success in managing and developing a team of mechanical, Body and Paint technicians to deliver a high-quality finished product.

Ensuring Site complies with all Health and Safety regulations which includes working with our H&S consultant to implement and identify any changes required.
Manage holidays and absences and ensure overtime where covered

Previous Management experience in a similar industry
Excellent organisational skills to plan and prioritise work ensuring that jobs are completed in a timely manner to given Sterling’s standards
