Blackburn Office Vacancies

If you would like to be based at our Blackburn office then you will join a vibrant and loyal sales team. Set amongst rolling greenery and in the heart of the town’s motoring business hub, our Blackburn office is a great setting where our already established sales team thrives. Vibrant and modern, our multi-million-pound headquarters is equipped with state-of-the-art facilities to ensure both a motivated and relaxed working environment.

 

Manchester Office Vacancies

If you are looking for a city atmosphere then you can choose to be based at Manchester offices within Arkwright House. Our current Manchester team is a great mix of ambitious talents who are driven and dedicated to achieving the desired results and smashing targets. Day to day offers our employees the opportunity to soak up the exhilarating city atmosphere surrounded by some of the trendiest food courts and bars ensuring that staff are brilliantly fuelled to tackle whatever the working day brings.

 

Successful candidates will complete a comprehensive two-week training course and then be responsible for progressing warm leads that come through via a range of enquiry channels – there is no cold-calling involved. They will provide exceptional customer service and use our internal software to find the best deals for a diverse portfolio of customers. On-going training and support are always on-hand once you have passed the initial training course.

 

You will be highly adaptable, and passionate about meeting individual and team targets. Drawing on the knowledge acquired during your training period, you will be equipped with a range of effective tools to deal with all aspects of enquiries that we receive. You will be comfortable handling car leasing, buying, and finance queries for customers from all walks of life from across the country.

Online Leasing Specialists will be self-motivated, pay attention to detail, and enjoy working in a fast-paced, supportive environment. You will be determined to help drive the company’s goals forward whilst thriving in your own position. We are staunch supporters of personal and professional growth and provide a fair and fast route to progression. Training:

Don’t worry – we won’t just throw you in the deep end and expect you to start selling straight away! Full, comprehensive training will be provided over a two-week period at our headquarters based in Blackburn by our in-house Sales Training and Development leader. Once you have passed the initial training course, you will still benefit from ongoing training and support whether you are based at our Blackburn or Manchester office.
