Sales Support Officer – Manchester

Hippo Motor Group are recruiting for an exciting new position that will support the Sales Account Managers with a large proportion of the customer journey. Evolving from our Sales Administration team, this role is more hands-on and in-depth on the finance and administration side. Due to growth at our busy Manchester office, we are looking for a Sales Support Officer who will be dedicated to the existing team at Arkwright House.  This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced Car Sales Administrator to learn more from both a finance and admin perspective and have more interaction with customers. This role will bridge Sales Admin and Sales together and could open up future opportunities to move into Sales if desired.   • Ensure that all Finance documentation is reviewed and processed in in an effective manner in line with company guidelines.
  • Deal with day to day problems arising from pay outs and liaising with internal departments and account managers to resolve issues.
  • Liaise directly with Finance companies and meet individual company pay out targets.
  • Responsible for ensuring all vehicles have a V5 and chase up those that are missing
  • Responsible for ensuring that all vehicles come into stock with the correct number of keys and chase up those keys that are missing
  • Working towards targets

  • Previous Sales Administration experience in a Car Dealership
