Sales Associate

As a Sales Associate, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service, managing finance documentation, liaising with finance companies, and ensuring all vehicles are processed correctly. You will play a key role in the sales department, working towards targets and supporting various administrative tasks to ensure smooth operations.

  • Ensure all finance documentation is reviewed and processed effectively in line with company guidelines.
  • Handle day-to-day issues arising from payouts, liaising with internal departments and account managers to resolve any problems.
  • Directly liaise with finance companies and meet individual company payout targets.
  • Ensure all vehicles have a V5 document and follow up on any that are missing.
  • Ensure all vehicles come into stock with the correct number of keys and chase up any missing keys.
  • Work towards achieving sales and performance targets.
  • Communicate with customers to ensure a high level of service and satisfaction.
  • Perform various administrative tasks related to vehicle sales.
  • Handle part exchanges and resolve any issues related to them.
  • Address any issues related to funders and ensure timely resolution.
  • Manage warranties and ensure all necessary documentation is in place.
  • Handle GAP insurance-related tasks.

 

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Attention to detail and a high level of accuracy in documentation.
  • Ability to work towards and achieve targets.
  • Proficient in using computer systems and software related to sales and finance.
