Have you been working in a Bodyshop and ready for your first step in supervising. At Hippo Motor Group, we are looking for a highly motivated individual to drive our Bodyshop team forward. The Bodyshop experiences high volumes of vehicles to prepare that have to be available for sale in a timely manner, therefore it is crucial this individual is proactive in responding to tight timescales in a busy environment.

Job Reference

Planning and management of Bodyshop Line to hit daily targets.
Promote and drive high levels of performance from the Bodyshop team
Ensuring repair quality is to the required standard
Always following the bodyshop line process
The role is semi-productive.

Previous bodyshop experience essential, a background in Painting to high standard preferred
Excellent organisational skills to plan and prioritise work ensuring that jobs are completed in a timely manner to given Hippo standards.
Employee motivation ensuring efficiencies are met and training requirements are identified.
Ability to work under pressure in a busy environment.
Ability to adapt quickly to change
Good decision-making skills
Experience in a target driven role
Over 5 years of bodyshop experience
ATA qualified in your discipline
Must be able to use initiative
Eager and willingness to learn
Ability to multi-task and work under pressure
