Online Car Sales & Finance Executives | Manchester Based

Due to our success Hippo Motor Group are opening our Brand-New Sales Office in Manchester City Centre. We are currently selling 800 cars a month and are excited to be able to recruit for enthusiastic and driven sales staff to join our online sales team. We already have a vibrant and loyal sales team based in Blackburn and we would love to be able to replicate this in our Manchester office.

Hippo’s Motor Group is a Family run vehicle leasing company comprising of a multimillion-pound showroom and preparation centre, both based in Blackburn. Due to our success, we have expanded to a site in Luton, and have home-based sales staff working all over the country. The new office in Manchester is our next venture to allow us to continue expanding our team whilst providing every one of our customers with our first-class service. We are able to achieve this because our staff genuinely care about the Company and our Customers. We specialize in offering tailor-made finance options to suit customer needs.   • Achieve sales targets in a fast-paced environment
  • Ensure you are utilizing all leads efficiently (there is no cold calling-all leads are warm)
  • To respond to all online enquires in the expected time set by the management team
  • To maintain a work rate and level that falls in line with the company’s objectives

  • Adhere to all responsibilities under the SMC regime including abiding by the individual Conduct Rules set out by the FCA

  • Previous experience in a sales role is preferred
  • Excellent communication skills with a professional and friendly telephone manner
  • Ability to work to your own initiative with minimal supervision whilst working in a close-knit team.
  • Self-motivated, driven, and passionate about your role
  • Previous track record of target achievement
  • Organisation and the ability to manage numerous tasks at one time is vital
  • Extremely competitive commission package with the opportunity to earn 70k a year
