Hippo Motor Group are looking for an enthusiastic and motivated advisor to be responsible for managing our live chat enquiry system. We are a successful multimillion pound family run business who specialize in leasing new and used cars. The live chat advisor will be the first point of contact for customers looking to purchase a vehicle and will work to ensure each of our customers is transferred through to a sales person as efficiently as possible. Due to Hippo’s success we are currently in the middle of a massive expansion with our prestige showroom and sales office doubling in size. This provides an amazing and exciting opportunity for the successful candidate to be part of as well as working in a multimillion pound showroom.   • Be the first point of contact for customers on the website who wish to engage via live chat
  • Ensure all customers are passed through to an account manager as efficiently as possible
  • Handle roughly 100 chats per day and 50 enquiries per day
  • Liaise with other departments such as Customer Care, Aftersales etc to forward messages on.
  • Will receive some sales training to manage certain queries and ask the right questions which will help conversion rates for the sales guys
  • In time have the ability to provide rough guidelines on quotes and eventually be able to deal on chat
  • Provide reporting to management on profitability of source on a monthly basis
  • To hit minimum performance targets
  • To maintain a work rate and level that falls in line with the company’s objectives
  • Follow all company procedures
  • Adhere to the FCA rules and guidelines
  • To treat your colleagues and the work place with respect
  • To offer our customers a high level of service and maintain good customer satisfaction and retention
