Lead Management Executive

Hippo Motor Group is a successful multi-million-pound family-run business that specialises in leasing new and used cars.

We are looking for an enthusiastic and motivated individual to be responsible for ensuring our leads are utilised as efficiently as possible.

The lead management executive will follow up on leads and ensure the customers are allocated to a salesperson as efficiently as possible. Due to Hippo’s success, we are expanding, and this provides an amazing and exciting environment for the successful candidate to be part of.

Job Reference
  • Follow up on leads to ensure they are all maximised as efficiently as possible
  • Communicate with customers over the phone, through email, and SMS
  • Ensure all customers and leads are passed through to an account manager as efficiently as possible
  • To hit minimum performance targets
  • To maintain a work rate and level that falls in line with the company’s objectives
  • Follow all company procedures
  • Adhere to all responsibilities under the SMC regime including abiding by the individual Conduct Rules set out by the FCA
  • To treat your colleagues and the workplace with respect
  • To offer our customers a high level of service and maintain good customer satisfaction and retention

Preferred Experience

  • Customer service
  • Experience working to and hitting performance targets
  • Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
  • Professional and friendly manner
  • Ability to work to your own initiative with minimal supervision while working in a close-knit team.
  • Self-motivated, driven, and passionate about your role
  • Organisation and the ability to manage numerous tasks at one time is vital
