We’re on the lookout for an enthusiastic and driven individual to join our team as a Lead Management Executive. In this role, you’ll play a crucial part in maximizing the potential of our leads, ensuring seamless communication and efficient allocation to our dedicated sales team. The lead management executive will also follow up on leads and ensure the customers are allocated to a salesperson as efficiently as possible.

Follow up on leads to ensure maximum efficiency in conversion.
Communicate with customers via phone, email, SMS, and live chat.
Ensure seamless transition of customers and leads to account managers.

Analyse productivity metrics and provide feedback to improve performance.
Operate within company framework guidelines, ensuring compliance and proper data handling.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Professional and friendly demeanor, especially over the phone.
Strong Microsoft Office skills.
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision in a team environment.
Self-motivated, driven, and passionate about the role.
Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
Attention to detail to ensure accuracy in tasks and communications.
