Key Account Manager – Salary Sacrifice/ Fleet

We are seeking a highly motivated and ambitious Key Account Manager to join our growing team. As a Key Account Manager at Hippo Fleet Solutions, you will play a pivotal role in driving the growth of our Fleet Vehicle Division. You will be responsible for identifying new opportunities, managing, and converting inbound enquiries, establishing long standing client relationships, and contributing to the growth of our overall brand.

  • Develop and nurture new and existing relationships on a national level.
  • Manage the end-to-end sales process, from prospecting to deal closure.
  • Respond promptly to inbound leads via phone and email.
  • Prepare and present comprehensive meetings both face to face and via Teams to potential clients.
  • Consistently meet and exceed sales targets through high activity levels.
  • Embrace change and proactively adapt to the evolving market dynamics.
  • Serve as a company representative to enhance our reputation with customers and clients.
  • Efficiently organise and manage your workload.
  • Collaborate within a team environment, sharing ideas and insights for collective growth.
  • Actively participate in meetings to contribute to your own and the team’s success.
  • Previous experience in the automotive industry or corporate sales is highly desirable.
  • A passion for sales, high motivation, and a strong desire to grow with a rapidly evolving company.
  • Effective organisation and workload management skills.
  • Exceptional communication, written, and presentation skills.
  • Resilience to overcome challenges and meet tight deadlines.
  • Ability to work both independently and as part of a team, identifying opportunities collaboratively.
  • Proficient in mathematics with the ability to calculate complex quotations particularly surrounding P11D’s.
  • Extremely competitive commission package with the opportunity to earn 60k a year.
