Due to massive company expansion, Hippo Motor Group are searching for an Internal Recruiter to join the Resourcing Team. This role is an excellent opportunity for an experienced recruiter to take responsibility for the full recruitment process, in order to ensure all our staffing requirements are met by sourcing top-quality talent to join our vibrant team.

Job Reference
  • Work with the hiring managers to understand their role and candidate requirement
  • Compose engaging job specifications
  • Responsible for advertising roles on a variety of channels such as social media, the company website, Indeed, and other job boards
  • Liaise with recruitment companies and form relationships/negotiate fees
  • Arrange interviews/trials
  • Conduct first stage interviews, zoom and telephone interviews, attend interviews with the hiring manager when required
  • Provide feedback to all interviewees and manage their expectations with realistic time frames
  • Ensure candidates receive regular updates
  • Send job offers and negotiate reward packages
  • Conduct pre-employment checks, DBS and references
  • Head hunt top candidates
  • Manage recruitment costs and budget
  • Provide and contribute new ideas to attract candidates and improve ease of recruitment, including new job boards etc
  • Keep up to date logs of candidates and recruitment figures (time to hire, number of interviews, etc)
  • Ensure you abide by legal recquirements, including equal opportunities, ensure you work to protect the company
  • Attend open days/recruitment events and help organize these
  • Ensure all recruitment administration is completed

  • Previous experience in a high-volume recruiter role
  • Experience of working towards KPIs
  • Knowledge and experience of various recruitment portals
  • Excellent communication skills with a professional and friendly manner via both email and telephone
  • Self-motivated, driven, and passionate about your role
