Home-Based Online Car Sales and Finance Executive

Due to continuous success, Hippo Motor Group has opened a multimillion-pound showroom and sales floor extension. Due to this, we’re now recruiting for enthusiastic and driven sales staff to join our online sales team.

For the first time, Hippo is extending this amazing opportunity to candidates based further afield with an option to work from home for those unable to commute to Blackburn. Successful candidates would need to attend site in Blackburn for initial training and quarterly reviews.

  • Achieve sales targets in a fast-paced environment
  • Ensure you are utilising all leads efficiently (there is no cold calling – all leads are warm)
  • To respond to all online enquires in the expected time set by the management team
  • To maintain a work rate and level that falls in line with the company’s objectives
  • To keep in daily contact with the office-based Leasing team leaders
  • To attend site in Blackburn as and when required
  • Follow all company procedures
  • Adhere to all FCA rules and guidelines
  • To treat your colleagues and the workplace with respect
  • To offer our customers a high level of service and maintain good customer satisfaction and retention

  • Previous experience in a sales role is required
  • Excellent communication skills with a professional and friendly telephone manner
  • Ability to work to your own initiative with minimal supervision while being part of a close-knit team
  • Self-motivated, driven and passionate about your role
  • Previous track record of target achievement
  • Organisation and the ability to manage numerous tasks at one time is vital
  • Must have a suitable working space at home
  •   Extremely competitive commission package with the opportunity to earn £70k a year OTE
