Handover & Sales Support Executive

As part of our expansion in Blackburn, Hippo Motor Group is actively seeking talented individuals to join our team. We are currently recruiting for a Handover & Sales Support Executive who intricately supports our Approved Used Sales team, bridging the gap between Sales Administration and Sales functions.

  • Ensure efficient review and processing of all Finance documentation.
  • Collaborate with internal departments and account managers to address day-to-day challenges arising from pay-outs.
  • Directly engage with Finance companies to meet pay-out targets.
  • Oversee the acquisition of V5 documents for all vehicles and proactively pursue missing documentation.
  • Work towards and achieve set targets, while maintaining effective communication with customers.
  • Undertake Vehicle Sales Administration responsibilities, including part exchanges, funder issues, warranties, and GAP coverage.
  • Meet and greet customers, offer refreshments, and pre-arrange and inspect vehicles prior to customer arrival.
  • Verify that all cars meet specified standards, ensuring the presence of essential items such as spare keys and handbooks.
  • Encourage and promote customer reviews to enhance our service reputation.
  • Conduct pre-call activities with customers before handover to suggest suitable products related to their finance agreement.
  • Report customer complaints or quality issues promptly and professionally.
  • Adhere to all company procedures and comply with FCA rules and guidelines.
  • Previous Sales Administration experience in a Car Dealership

  • Flexibility in hours when required for over time during busy periods.
  • Self-Driven and the ability to work on own your initiative with minimal supervision.
