Flexxi Lease Account Manager

Hippo Motor Group are currently recruiting for a Flexxi lease account manager, who will be responsible for servicing our short-term leasing customers. They will manage these customers throughout the sales process and ensure they are providing them with the high-quality customer service that Hippo is known for.

Job Reference
  • Liaise with the Financial Controller and the Group Buyer to profile the current stock on the short-term leasing webpage
  • Liaise with Marketing to ensure cars are advertised at the correct prices/ensure prices remain competitive with other operators
  • Work with relevant departments in order to resolve any accidents (admin, insurance, workshop, and body shop, get the car collected, sort courtesy vehicles etc)
  • Ensure the correct Marketing is being sent to customers
  • Deal with enquiries direct from the customer
  • Source a suitable vehicle for customers
  • Liaise with Logistics to ensure the cars are ready for collection on the correct days
  • Ensure cars are road legal throughout the loan period
  • Deal with repair issues for customers currently in vehicles
  • Ensure customer has correct insurance in place and also Hippo have “under” insurance in place
  • Liaise with the collection team when customers fail to pay
  • Create handover packs for vehicles and deal with the handover of vehicles to both driver and customer directly
  • Appraise and record vehicle condition upon handovers, e.g. dents, marks, mileage and fuel etc.
  • Appraise and record vehicles on return. Prepare an estimate for any repair costs incurred and obtain this from the customer.
  • Liaise with Buyers on vehicle return to determine whether the vehicle is put back on sale or if there’s a new loan agreement in place
  • Report any fines incurred during the loan to the correct authority
  • Handle and administer any fines incurred by the driver.
  • Ensure every car is MOT’d, taxed, is insured and fully road legal before releasing to the customer and through the loan agreement.
