Due to rapid expansion and internal promotion, Hippo Motor Group is looking for someone who is motivated and enthusiastic to join our enquiry management team.

We are a successful multi-million-pound family-run business that specialises in leasing new and used vehicles. The enquiry management team works to ensure each of our customers is contacted as efficiently as possible after making their enquiry, and that they receive the best level of service from the very first contact.

Due to Hippo’s success, we have recently expanded our showroom, with our sales floor doubling in size. This provides an amazing and exciting opportunity for the successful candidate to be part of a fast-growing, successful business.

  • To be the first point of contact for our customers

Preferred Experience

  • Customer service
  • Previous experience of working in a call centre
  • Experience working toward, and hitting performance targets

  • Excellent communication skills
  • Professional and friendly telephone manner
  • Ability to work to your own initiative with minimal supervision while being a part of a close-knit team
  • Self-motivated, driven, and passionate about your role
  • Organisation and the ability to manage numerous tasks at one time is vital
