The successful candidate will be responsible for providing data-driven strategic insight and ongoing analysis of both inbound and outbound performance. This role is an excellent opportunity for an ambitious Analyst or Contact Centre Analyst looking to take ownership of data and strategy for a thriving and fast-growing contact centre.
