Hippo Motor Group are recruiting for an experienced Customer Service Agent to join our thriving motor company. This role is based in our prestigious offices, so the ideal candidate will be smart, professional with exemplary customer service skills. We require someone who has previous experience providing a high level of customer service over the phone. The role will predominantly involve answering inbound calls, assisting customers and transferring to the relevant departments. We require someone who is a team player and flexible as this role will require them to assist with providing holiday cover in our Enquiry Management Team. The hours for this position are Monday – Friday 9am – 6pm, with a 5pm finish on a Friday. You will also be required to work one late night a week until 7pm and one in four Saturday’s are also required 9am – 4pm at an overtime rate.
