Customer Experience Executive

Hippo Motor Group is a family-run company comprising of a multimillion-pound showroom and preparation centre, both based in Blackburn. Alongside this, we run a large online vehicle leasing sales operation which serves the whole of the UK. We currently employ over 300 people and due to our success, we have expanded to a site in Luton, and opened brand-new offices in the heart of Manchester city centre.

Hippo Motor Group are currently recruiting for a Customer Experience Executive, this is a brand-new role where you will be responsible for monitoring customer reviews across all group companies. This is an excellent position for someone wanting to work in a fast paced role that will give you tremendous job satisfaction at the end of the customers buying journey.

  • Monitor customer reviews on online review sites, including but not limited to Trustpilot, Google, Facebook, Yell.com, Glassdoor
  • Report on volume, score and content trends
  • Reply to reviews, using signed off content where appropriate
  • Raise/escalate poor reviews to management and/or Customer Care to enable second opportunity to address customer issues
  • Investigate nature of poor reviews, including case review, customer contact
  • Offer and coordinate fulfilment of customer gifts, e.g. voucher, bunch of flowers
  • Upon issue investigation and/or resolution, request customers revise or remove poor reviews
  • Commission payable based on conversion of 1-star reviews to 4/5-star reviews
  • Proactively try and improve customer relations and brand opinions
  • Passionate about customer care
  • Excellent written communication
  • Natural verbal communicator who easily builds rapport with a wide variety of people
