Copywriter

One of the country’s largest motor trade organisations, Hippo Motor Group, is currently recruiting for an Automotive Copywriter to work closely with the Head of Digital Product and wider business. We are a trailblazing, award-winning company, operating in the thriving automotive business community of Lancashire.

We are looking for a copywriter with experience working in the automotive sector who has twin passions for communication and automotive.

The Copywriter will be the subject matter expert on copy within the business and will work closely with a UX designer to deliver best in class content and user journeys.

At Hippo we believe that quality comes first, so while you will have access to generative AI tools to improve your efficiency, you will still be responsible for every word that is published.

This role is ideal for a candidate looking to demonstrate their skills on a national stage in a fast-growing business. In a team of over 300 staff, you will be the expert and authority on your specialism and as such will be involved in both high-level strategy and hands-on implementation.

This role is full time in our Blackburn Head Office with the option of working two days a week from home.
