Business Analyst – Part Time

Hippo Motor Group is a family-run company comprising of a multimillion-pound showroom and preparation centre, both based in Blackburn. Alongside this, we run a large online vehicle leasing sales operation which serves the whole of the UK. We currently employ over 300 people and due to our success, we have expanded to a site in Luton, and opened brand-new offices in the heart of Manchester city centre.

We are currently recruiting for a Part Time Business Analyst; this is an amazing opportunity for someone who is looking to work in a busy and vibrant environment at a company which continues to grow. This role will have the responsibility of updating current processes and procedures, creating new ones alongside team managers where needed, and being involved in all projects to have high-level overviews of the business assisting where needed.

  • Understanding business needs as they relate to a potential change or transformation.
  • Gathering, identifying, and documenting business requirements.
  • Simplifying requirements, so they are easily understood across the whole team.
  • Updating business processes and procedures
  • Supporting business transition and helping to establish change.
  • Ensure compliancy of all creations and updates by working closely with Compliance area
  • Collect all required stakeholder signatures
  • Co-ordinating file storage and version updates
  • A strong communication and presentation
  • Ability to be flexible in terms of projects undertaken.
  • A strong time- management skills
  • Problem solving and analytical skills
  • Experience of MS Word and Excel.
  • Desirable knowledge of Power BI
